this series educates participants on different cultural ingredients and how to utilize them to their full potential in recipes they can take home. hands on guidance through taste, touch and practice to level up skills and knowledge.

beverage

an introduction to teas, how to steep, how to taste and all the different categories. participants can also learn how to blend their own herbal tea blends and how to pair flavors, creating their own signature blends and how to create their own tea drinks worthy of going on a cafe menu.

this series trains participants in different beverages, their production methods and regions of production. a beginner to intermediate course into wine, sake, makgeolli and more, great for passionate heart of house industry members.
